A normal situation

Often, it isn't the circumstance that is the problem

but how we cope!

People grieve over many situations, some of those

may be due to the bereavement of friends, relatives

or pets.

Many other circumstances however, may cause us to

grieve such as, a relationship separation or divorce,

miscarriage, a disability, moving home, or having to give

your home away in order to go into an aged care facility.

Grieving over a loss or separation is a normal process

which may take some time to come to terms with and

accept. Sometimes we need help with that coping process,

which is where a support network is so crucial at this

time. Often, a more professional approach is required. This

is when many people see a counsellor in order to regain

some direction and start to relieve those feelings of

sadness, fear, rejection or anger.
